【Overview of the New Japanese-Made Logistics Drone “PD4B-M LogiAir”】

The PD4B-M LogiAir is the latest Japanese-made logistics drone jointly developed with PRODRONE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture; President & CEO: Shunsuke Totani), following the signing of a 4D GRAVITYTM technology license agreement in February 2024.
The aircraft combines PRODRONE’s general-purpose PD4B-M platform with a newly developed cargo container equipped with AERONEXT’s proprietary 4D GRAVITYTM technology. Its top-loading, bottom-release cargo mechanism improves loading operations and enables contactless package drop-off. Despite its compact size, the drone delivers high stability and maneuverability while supporting dustproof and waterproof performance, making it a logistics-focused aircraft designed for real-world operation.

*1 New Smart Logistics SkyHubTM
New Smart Logistics SkyHubTM is a next-generation logistics platform jointly developed by Aeronext and SEINO Holdings. It integrates conventional ground transportation with drone delivery, connecting ground and aerial infrastructure to optimize overall logistics operations.
SkyHubTM is an open and standardized platform incorporating drone delivery. Using Drone DepotsTM as hubs, it combines vehicles and drones as delivery methods to provide services tailored to regional needs, including consolidated delivery across multiple logistics providers, personal shopping services, food delivery, and pharmaceutical distribution.
SkyHubTM also serves as a solution to reconstruct logistics networks and address regional challenges such as labor shortages due to population decline and aging, transportation issues in remote areas, healthcare access, disaster response, and support for underserved populations. It contributes to regional revitalization by improving convenience and quality of life, while supporting the development of sustainable local communities.

*2 4D GRAVITYTM
4D GRAVITYTM is Aeronext’s proprietary airframe structural design technology that optimizes aerodynamic performance by controlling lift, drag, and center of gravity based on the aircraft’s structure, while enabling uniform motor rotation regardless of flight posture, condition, or motion. This enhances the fundamental performance of industrial drones—such as stability, efficiency, and maneuverability—as well as payload performance for logistics drones. The technology is protected and managed as part of Aeronext’s 4D GRAVITYTM patent portfolio, expanding the potential applications and markets for industrial drones.

*3 SkyHubTM TMS
SkyHubTM TMS is NEXT DELIVERY’s next-generation transportation management system designed to optimize regional logistics. The system centrally manages various types of cargo, assigns shipments to the most suitable delivery resources, and visualizes cargo movement data in real time. It supports consolidated delivery operations across multiple logistics companies and can also integrate with drone operation management systems during drone deliveries. The system contributes to increased revenue opportunities, operational efficiency improvements, and profitability enhancement.
